Required Education:
-Bachelors of Science in Nursing, required.
Required Certification & Licensure:
-Current and valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.

 

*Longer length contract to cover Holidays* 

Opening is general case management 

REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years case management experience (utilization case management experience not applicable), current active MI RN licensure, BSN degree. 

Preferred: Experience with Care Manager and Epic systems, Experience with discharge planning.

Shift Hours: Days 8 hours shifts, 8a-4:30p
