Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with internal and external teams to support growth strategies
Developing and presenting client-specific solutions
Managing stakeholders through the contract lifecycle
Providing voice-of-customer feedback and launching new products
Managing relationships with key stakeholders
Applying analytical approaches to problem-solving
Compiling documentation on processes and procedures
Driving execution on new sales opportunities and developing pricing models
Required Qualifications
7+ years of payment integrity program management experience
Health plan experience in facility contract configuration, claims or IT
Experience documenting client operational and technical workflow
Intermediate knowledge of facility and professional reimbursement
Claims system knowledge: Trizetto Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, etc.
Payment Integrity system/service knowledge
Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
Solid background in financial analysis and cost-saving initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of payment integrity program management experience
Experience with policy-related decisions
Account management experience
Project management experience
Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Knowledge of emerging trends in healthcare payment integrity
Track record in managing executive initiatives
