Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT
Assist PT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab
Document patient’s progress on weekly progress notes
Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges
Complete all required documentation according to state guidelines
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant
Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state
