Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for patients, setting a positive tone

  • Schedules appointments and procedures according to guidelines
  • Uses multiple computer and phone systems to assist patients
  • Verifies patient information and documents in Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
  • Advises patients on insurance and referral responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of basic computer software experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as receptionist in a medical office
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
