- 0.750 " 1.00 FT 6 to 8 sessions
- Neighborhood practice with no specialties or services on-site " a stand alone
- 8 -10 physicians in practice
- NPs & Pas as well
- Call schedule shared with other practices " approx. 10 weekends per year
- Prefer local PCP who knows the area but open if they plan to live in the area
