 Required Qualifications 
 Education 
-  High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or business is a plus 
 Experience 
- 2+ years in a call center or 1+ year in sales or marketing 
 Technical Skills

-  Knowledge of telecommunications products and services 
-  Proficient in MS Office applications
