Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director to inspire children and teachers in creating engaging classroom experiences. Lead a team to ensure educational excellence while building strong relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure effective site operations and maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Basic computer proficiency
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Read, write, understand, and speak English
