Job Description
Join Whole Foods Market as a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Team Leader and be part of a mission to nourish people and the planet. You'll lead the maintenance team in a metro food production facility, ensuring operational excellence and safety while making a meaningful impact in your community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental program standards
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repair strategies
Develop preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and inventory
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
2+ years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as CMRP or CPMM
OSHA safety certification or other relevant safety training
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
