Join the Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team as a Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll deliver crucial treatment and support services to youth and their families facing significant behavioral health challenges. Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and their families to address clinical needs
Engage families in developing and modifying care plans
Assess risk and provide crisis intervention services
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Participate in multi-disciplinary team services
Complete casework documentation and collect data
Provide on-call after-hour crisis intervention services
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
