Join Intuit as a Senior Tax Associate, where you'll work remotely to assist clients with their tax filings. Leverage your expertise in tax preparation and customer service to provide exceptional support during tax season.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
