💰 Total Weekly Gross: $4,435
• $2,496 Weekly W2 (RT + OT)
• $1,939 Weekly Nontax PerDiem
⏱ OT Rate: $78/hr

✔ 1–2 years recent L&D experience
✔ BLS • AWHONN Advanced • NRP (all 11 components) • AFM
✔ Experience with 100–300+ births
✔ Vaginal exam + FSE placement skills
✔ Comfortable managing 1:2 ratios
✔ First-time travelers accepted!
