The Maintenance Mechanic at Quad is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and hydraulic components of production presses and auxiliary equipment. They perform preventative maintenance, diagnose malfunctions using blueprints and schematics, and ensure minimal operational downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires strong mechanical skills, effective communication, and adherence to safety protocols while working rotating 12-hour shifts.
