Key Responsibilities
Assist adults with developmental disabilities in daily living activities
Prepare daily routines as per Individual Program Plan
Assist clients with personal hygiene and dietary needs
Redirect behaviors through activities
Transport clients as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
CPR/First Aid certification
CPI certification
DSP 1 certification
1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses
Valid in-state driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Autism or challenging behaviors
