Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services to patients in emergency departments
Conduct crisis triage and assessment
Perform individual and family interventions
Manage case planning and placement
Collaborate with community resources and insurance providers
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health field
Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent
Certification in PMT de-escalation techniques within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of abuse and neglect reporting mandates
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with Managed Care Organizations
