Job Description
Join Boston Consulting Group as a Payroll Analyst and play a key role in transforming payroll functions. You'll lead initiatives to optimize processes and ensure compliance, while working in a collaborative environment that values innovation and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage policies and practices related to multi-state payroll reporting and tax compliance
Provide support for mobility-related payroll functions for U.S.-based expatriates and inpatriates
Plan, steer, organize and coordinate transformation process-related activities
Demonstrate strong project management skills
Build strong partnerships with colleagues across the organization
Manage day-to-day escalations and act as business partner to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years Payroll experience
Experience with 3rd party payroll service (ADP, Ceridian etc.) including report writing tools
Deep understanding of full cycle payroll operations
Proficient using Microsoft Office products
Excellent customer service orientation
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience in system/operational transformations
Working knowledge of automation capabilities (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path etc.)
Working knowledge and experience with international mobility rules
Working knowledge and experience with multi-state payroll taxation rules and regulations
