Key Responsibilities
Manage and direct the preparation and presentation of all foods
Maintain compliance with local Health Department codes
Hire, train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
Analyze feedback for continuous improvement
Create and implement new menus based on trends
Ensure adherence to health code requirements
Assist in estimating annual food budget
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent
5+ years experience in restaurant kitchen(s)
1+ years experience in restaurant supervisory/leadership role
Flexible scheduling based on business demands
Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary education degree
Previous Executive Chef experience
Prior kitchen experience in hotel/resort industry
