Key Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and producing a steady inventory of quality applicants
  • Meet/exceed company sales guidelines and maintain a full desk of business within 12 months
  • Apply daily/weekly sales Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop knowledge of different healthcare specialties and units within 6 months
  • Maintain healthy relationships in challenging situations
  • Understand compliance, company database, and payroll processes within six months

Required Qualifications

  • Previous Travel Nurse Recruiting experience preferred
  • At least one (1) year experience in Sales, Account Management, or as an Account Executive
  • Be coachable and open to feedback
  • Ability to understand and apply new information quickly
  • Exceptional work ethic and self-starter
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Articulate communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Account Executive, or Auto Sales
