Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact during ransomware and extortion incidents
Draft and refine communication strategies with threat actors
Facilitate coordination among stakeholders

Support incident response activities by sharing insights
Required Qualifications
Relevant professional background in consulting, crisis communication, cyber insurance, or legal fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven track record of managing documentation and workflows efficiently
Demonstrated success in cross-functional teams
