Key Job Details – OR RN Travel Assignment

• Location: York, PA 17403 (Pennsylvania nursing jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/22/2025 – End: 3/23/2026)
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:30)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekend Coverage: 4-5 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix (day, evening, or night)
• Call Requirements: 4-5 calls within a 6-week matrix (30-minute call back response)
• Holiday Coverage: At least 1 major holiday (day, evening, or night)
• Setting: General Operating Room (excluding open heart and neurosurgery)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910 - $2050

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Level I Trauma nursing experience required; Level II trauma experience (minimum 1 year) accepted
• Previous travel nurse experience required
• Active, unencumbered RN license (Pennsylvania preferred)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• Epic charting system proficiency preferred
• Ability to scrub and circulate in the OR
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi robot (DV5 experience a plus)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Facility is tobacco and fragrance free

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care for a wide variety of surgical cases: robotics, orthopedics, general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic, and trauma (excluding cardiac and open heart)
• Scrub and circulate for complex surgical procedures, including robotic-assisted surgeries
• Demonstrate expertise with Da Vinci Xi robot in general, GYN, thoracic, and urology specialties
• Respond independently to trauma cases in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Participate in call rotation and respond within 30 minutes
• Float to other units as needed to support hospital operations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including tobacco and fragrance-free requirements
