Key Responsibilities
Care and supervision of group home members
Assisting in daily living skills
Behavior management
Medication administration
Transportation of members using a company van
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
21+ years old
Valid AZ driver's license
Clean 39-month motor vehicle record
Ability to pass a Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred Qualifications
Current Certifications (CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support, Article 9, and DCW)
Experience in Group Homes, DTA's, HCBS, or DTT's
Experience as a Direct Support Professional
