About the Role:  

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiation Therapist to join our Radiation Oncology Department in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements. Due to increased patient volume, team members may be asked to stagger shifts to support extended hours up to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and compassionate radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions and departmental protocols.
• Operate radiation therapy equipment and ensure proper patient positioning and safety.
• Maintain detailed treatment records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Uphold regulatory standards and participate in quality assurance activities.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Radiation Therapist in a Radiation Oncology Department or Center.
• Active Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist license for Radiation Therapists.
• ARRT (T) certification in Radiation Therapy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications such as PALS are preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to variable scheduling needs based on patient volume.
