Key Responsibilities
Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs
Provide parent education and problem-solving support
Adapt to change and seek opportunities for growth
Proactively communicate and create a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active LBA Certification in North Carolina
Ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam
