Key Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and develop store Team Members
Manage overall store performance and meet KPIs
Lead team to reach sales goals
Supervise office security and cash management
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Maintain a professional store atmosphere
Utilize personal vehicle for company business
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Operations experience in a leadership capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to work with Point of Sale and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
Bilingual English/Spanish
