Join Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site clinical assessments in a mobile practice serving long-term care facilities. This role offers the opportunity to impact patient care significantly while working 30-40 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site screening clinical assessments
Function independently to perform history and physical exams for complex patients
Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Assist with the provision of care according to regulations
Monitor the effectiveness of interventions
Maintain relationships with contacts in facilities
Educate family members and clients about services
Assist with the development of physician relations
Complete reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Current NP License
BLS - Basic Life Support certification
Current Infection Control Certification
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
