Job Description
Join Christus Health as a Clinical Nurse (RN) in a full-time role where you'll coordinate patient care, ensuring safe and effective services tailored to our diverse patient population. You'll be integral to our mission, delivering high-quality care while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population
Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely
Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization
Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and families
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date
Preferred Qualifications
Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients’ rights in the delivery of care
