Intuit is seeking passionate Tax Experts for the tax season to work remotely. You'll assist clients with tax preparation and guidance, utilizing your tax expertise and customer service skills to empower individuals in navigating taxation complexities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Interact with customers via video communication software
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
