Key Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, manage, facilitate, conduct, and evaluate onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and healthcare personnel
Promote employee retention through orientation/onboarding programs
Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Professional Development to adjust programs based on evaluations
Design educational activities to address practice gaps for healthcare personnel
Conduct and facilitate research, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement in patient care settings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice or has an active compact state license
Basic Life Saving (BLS)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing
2+ years of experience in clinical education, CSC, academia or leadership
2+ years of experience in acute care hospital
Nationally Recognized Specialty certification
