Focus Staff is seeking a highly motivated Travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week contract in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves conducting diagnostic ultrasound examinations and requires strong clinical knowledge and effective communication skills.
Conduct multi-specialty diagnostic ultrasound examinations Work under the direction of the Manager, Ultrasound Services, Medical Director of Vascular Laboratory, and Radiology Department Collaborate with experienced staff sonographers within the regional ultrasound program Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent BLS certification 1-2 years of experience in the field Completed AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty, RVT/RCS/RDCS or equivalent for Cardiac/Vascular CCRN preferred Skilled Nursing experience preferred Experience in psychiatric or mental health hospital or outpatient clinic Health Insurance Coverage 401K matching New licensing reimbursement Tax-free stipend (amount to be determined)
