Key Responsibilities
Oversee behavioral care and pathway planning for animals
Ensure high-quality, individualized care with low-stress handling
Lead and mentor a team of behavior experts
Collaborate with various teams within the organization
Develop and oversee behavioral diagnosis and treatment plans
Manage research projects related to animal behavior
Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in people management
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with humane euthanasia decisions
Fear Free certified within 6 months of hire
Low Stress Handling – Silver certified or ability to obtain
Ability to work additional hours and weekends as needed
