Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans
Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
Dedicated to ongoing professional development including free supervision and continuing education
Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
