Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests
  • Assist members with quotes, binding new business, and changes for insurance products
  • Provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products
  • Operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems
  • Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Currently active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
  • 1 year of customer service experience in insurance or financial services
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Preferred Qualifications

  • US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • 1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross selling experience
