Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests
Assist members with quotes, binding new business, and changes for insurance products
Provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products
Operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems
Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Currently active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
1 year of customer service experience in insurance or financial services
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross selling experience
