Key Responsibilities
Provide supportive personal care services to patients of all ages
Work under the supervision of a registered nurse

Required Qualifications
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
2 years experience or nursing student with current CNA
