Join Optimum as an Outside Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic team providing high-speed connectivity solutions. You'll engage with customers door-to-door, crafting tailored packages while enjoying unlimited earning potential and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Craft tailored telecom packages for customers
Stay updated on product offerings and pricing plans
Master sales pitches and address customer concerns
Negotiate and close sales agreements
Complete all necessary paperwork and sales reports
Provide exceptional post-sales support
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Adhere to company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivator with a knack for working independently
Proficient computer and technical skills
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
Physical ability to work in various environments
Ability to work full time
Preferred Qualifications
One year of previous door-to-door selling experience
Sales-centric mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line products and services
