Staff - Charge Nurse (RN) - ED - Emergency Department - $31+ per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Emergency Department
• Assist with recruiting and training of new hires
• Prepare reports for nurse managers
• Ensure adequate and safe coverage for the unit
• Mentor and provide leadership support to unit staff
• Coordinate daily patient care operations in the absence of the Nurse Manager
• Delegate tasks according to legal and professional guidelines
• Maintain communication with Nurse Manager and House Supervisor
• Serve as a resource person and assist with patient care as needed
• Implement policies and procedures of the unit and hospital
