Key Responsibilities
Model factory operations using process flows, value stream maps, and CAD drawings
Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints
Apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles for efficiency improvements
Influence factory roadmaps and investment strategies
Work with cross-functional teams on factory performance and growth
Support new production contract proposals and product integration
Improve factory safety and ergonomics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
Typically 5 years of relevant work experience or 3 years with a master’s degree
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with factory layout and work cell design/optimization
Experience with simulation modeling and capacity analysis tools/methods
Project management experience
Experience with CAD software
Six Sigma certifications
