Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly
Utilize resources to deliver accurate answers to customers
Interact with customers using video communication software
Required Qualifications
Strong business tax preparation experience
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation
Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers
Working knowledge of Circular 230
Proficient with technology and computer operations
