Join Accel Therapies as a BCBA in our new Omaha center, where you will lead clinical supervision, support staff, and implement impactful ABA treatment plans in a family-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally
Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to develop empirically based intervention methods
Support quality assurance, training, etc.
Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families
