Key Responsibilities
Management of resident/patient care and employees assigned to neighborhoods
Development and implementation of a resident/patient directed service model
Ensuring concepts of choice, privacy, dignity, individuality, and home-like environment are integrated
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
3 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing
2 years in Long Term care setting including end of life care
