Job Description
As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right health insurance products. This remote position offers a competitive hourly rate and a supportive work environment focused on your career development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages
Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion
Identify additional needs customers may have
Complete the sale or renewal of a health plan
Required Qualifications
Current Health insurance license in state of residence
High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
Minimum six (6) months sales experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
Strong customer service orientation
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer navigation skills
