Key Responsibilities

  • Champion novel solutions for advanced modeling techniques
  • Develop new C++ models in an extensible and maintainable fashion
  • Deploy Radio Frequency (RF) phenomenology and advanced physics concepts in a software implementation
  • Enable customer success through adoption and utilization of modeling solutions
  • Work efficiently inside an established software product, across programming languages, and technical environments
  • Research and develop novel RF modeling solutions
  • Coordinate with multiple development teams to prioritize and solve complex software and physics problems
  • Mentor and share RF expertise with the team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree
  • Five years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience applying object-oriented software design
  • Programming in C or C++
  • Using MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux, Apple OS, or Windows DOS command line
  • Experience in radar processing, Imaging RF systems, energy transport, radar physics, signal processing or discrimination algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related STEM degree
  • Experience with OpenGL, CUDA, or other GPU accelerated languages/architectures
  • Experience with electronic warfare modeling and developing signal processing algorithms for missile applications
  • Experience with Real-time Programming and software change management tools
  • Experience with and ability to interface with adjacent engineering disciplines
