Job Description

Join the dynamic Quill team as an Inside Sales Key Account Manager, where you'll drive sales for a significant portfolio while fostering client relationships. Leverage your consultative selling skills and strategic thinking to unlock new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Create and maintain understanding of accounts and build strategic growth plans
  • Utilize enablement tools and Salesforce for customer data management
  • Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone and email

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
