Job Title: Registered Nurse – PICU
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Assignment Dates: 09/29/2025 – 03/28/2026 (25 weeks)
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week), Days and Nights Available (7a–7p & 7p–7a)

Unit: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

Certifications Required:

• Current RN license in the State of Arizona or a compact state with multistate privileges
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• NRP preferred

Vaccination Requirements:

• COVID-19 vaccination recommended but not mandatory
• Flu vaccination required (October through April)
• Flu exemption applications must be submitted and approved before the start date
• Unvaccinated individuals must sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreement and wear a mask throughout the respiratory virus season
