Job Description
As a Client Relationship Specialist at Schwab, you'll leverage your customer service passion to support clients and enhance your career in the financial services industry. Assist Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager in delivering an unparalleled client experience
Support client needs and foster relationships
Participate in the operational success of the branch
Required Qualifications
1+ year of Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management
Licensing in Series 7 and 63/66 (preferred but not required)
Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts
May be asked to become a Notary
