Key Responsibilities
Manage the creation of screening assets and programs
Serve as the screening partner to the GTMC Omnichannel lead
Build strong partnerships and gather insights
Establish executional plans and track KPIs
Provide brand direction to customer-facing teams
Oversee timely submission of jobs into Veeva
Work with HCP Insights team for insight gathering and testing
Contribute to strategy development and brand planning
Ensure compliance with corporate and industry guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
7-10 years in Marketing/Sales and/or cross-functional leadership roles
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Demonstrated complex project management success
Ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders
Team orientation and agility
Experience with MLR review process
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing advertising agencies and budgets
Proficiency in multichannel integrated marketing
Ability to travel approximately 25%
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Launch experience
Experience in diabetes or patient screening/Specialty/Rare disease space
MBA or other relevant advanced degree
