As a Client Banking Services Professional at Charles Schwab, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and expertise in banking products. Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients
Field 40-60 inbound calls daily regarding banking products and services
Provide subject matter expertise on deposit accounts, online account management, money movement, and mobile banking
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of work experience, including internships or volunteer experience in an office environment
Ability to multi-task with experience using multiple computing applications simultaneously
Ability to work in the office up to 75% - 100% of the time
Availability for a set shift including weekends or evenings
