Martin Equipment is looking for a General Manager to oversee dealership operations in Dubuque, Iowa. The role involves driving profitability, building a strong team, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a family-owned, reputable dealership that values integrity and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage location P&L and drive margin across sales, parts, and service
Build, coach, and align a team around service excellence and accountability
Solve high-level customer challenges, manage escalations, and lead from the front
Maintain a professional facility, secure property, and streamline workflow
Work across locations to align with company-wide initiatives and leadership goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
Experience dealing with elevated customer issues
Ability to lead and motivate others
Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing experience, and a solid understanding of sales, parts, and service operations
Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
