Job Description
Join Boston Consulting Group as a Payroll Analyst to lead and manage the payroll transformation initiative. You'll analyze policies and processes while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, driving efficiency and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact on payroll functions across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of policies and practices related to multi-state payroll reporting and tax compliance
Support for mobility-related payroll functions for U.S.-based expatriates and inpatriates
Plan, steer, organize, and coordinate transformation process-related activities
Manage multiple complex projects and meet deliverables
Build strong partnerships with colleagues across the organization
Handle day to day escalations and resolve issues
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years Payroll experience
Experience with 3rd party payroll service (ADP, Ceridian etc.)
Experience in system/operational transformations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of automation capabilities (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path etc.)
Working knowledge and experience with international mobility rules, requirements and regulations
Working knowledge and experience with multi-state payroll taxation rules and regulations
