Key Responsibilities
Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
Monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and Team Leaders.
Maintains back stock in good order.
Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full and appealing.
Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed and ready to work.
Provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers effectively.
Maximizes sales potential through effective procedures for prepping and merchandising product.
Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment.
Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
Reports safety hazards and violations.
Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
