Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Social Worker, where you'll support adults with mental illness in achieving independence. Collaborate with a therapeutic team to provide culturally competent care and guide residents in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical interventions
Complete client assessments and evaluate clients' functioning
Develop safety plans and provide counseling
Advocate for residents and coordinate services with other providers
Participate in case conferences and staff meetings
Complete timely documentation of all resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness or substance use disorders
Familiarity with local and state health and human service systems
