Key Responsibilities
Monitor assigned residents and ensure their safety
Use verbal de-escalation skills to prevent crises
Facilitate daily activities and group sessions
Help clients maintain connections with their support systems
Document client progress and concerns
Communicate with treatment teams about client needs
Transport residents for community outings
Ensure compliance with policies and documentation
Stay updated with required trainings and certifications
Provide support to assigned house as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Eligible for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles
CPI and CPR certified within first 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology
Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings
